Wine and food compliment each other. Learn to explore the flavors, textures, aromatics and balance of food and wine together. Three Regale wines will be paired with small bites of food.
Your guests will interact with one of Regale’s food and wine experts while sharing their own flavor discoverieswith collegues and friends.

Blind Tasting Challenge
Additional $25 per person • Activity takes 30 - 45 minutes • Minimum 25 people
Test your knowledge of different varietals and growing regions by tasting multiple unidentified Regale wines in a private area with a member of our winemaking staff. Small groups will be assembled and will work together to identify the mystery wines. The results will be announced during the duration of yourevent, and each member of the winning team will receive a bottle of wine. Includes Regale’s Estate olive oil and freshly baked bread.

Bordeaux Blending
Additional $50 per person • Activity takes 60 minutes • Minimum 25 people
At Regale Winery and Vineyards we offer a unique experience that showcases our European style of wine making in one of the most beautiful Estates in Los Gatos. Your experience includes the opportunity to meet with the winemaker, Larry Schaadt and share a fun and educational wine making experience.

Wood-Fired Pizza-Making Competition
Additional $25 per person • Activity takes 30 - 45 minutes • Minimum 25 people
Work together with your colleagues in a fun, outdoor setting at our wood-fired pizza oven!
Teams will be assembled and set at stations with a variety of proteins, produce, cheeses and sauces to construct what they believe to be the best pizza. A panel of judges will determine the winner and each member of the winning team will receive a Pizza Gypsy T-Shirt. The competition is followed by everything the Pizza Party package entails.
